Can I record a meeting with a client?
Yes, as long as you inform the participants and have their consent before recording; SwiftBOL asks you to confirm it before processing each recording. If you'd rather no bot joins, record the video call's tab in Chrome or Edge; the Business plan's discreet bot also posts in the chat that it is recording.
Are the minutes legally valid?
SwiftBOL drafts minutes faithful to what was said, in the usual minutes layout, with anything missing left in brackets. Their validity depends on the right people reviewing, completing and signing them as the applicable law requires; SwiftBOL doesn't replace that review or legal advice.
Where is my clients' data stored?
Encrypted on servers in Frankfurt (Germany). To transcribe and summarize, the content is processed by AI providers under contract and with GDPR safeguards, who don't use it to train their models. You can have the audio deleted as soon as the minutes are ready, and our data processing agreement (DPA) is available.
