This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the swiftbol.com website and the SwiftBOL application. Access implies acceptance of this Legal Notice. For the terms of use of the service and paid subscriptions, see the Terms of Service; for the processing of personal data, the Privacy Policy; and for the use of cookies, the Cookie Policy.

Access to the website is free, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the user. Use of certain features and the workspace dashboard requires prior registration and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

The user agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the website, in accordance with applicable law, good faith, public order, and this Legal Notice, and not to use it for unlawful or harmful purposes, or in ways that could damage, overload, or prevent the normal operation of the site.

All content on the website (text, source code, designs, logos, the SwiftBOL brand, images, and other elements) is owned by the site owner or by third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Reproduction, distribution, or transformation without express authorization is prohibited, except for personal and private use.

The owner does not guarantee the permanent availability and continuity of the website and is not responsible for damages caused by the service's unavailability, except where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded. AI-generated content (transcripts, summaries and other material) may contain inaccuracies; its use and verification are the user's responsibility, as detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

The site may include links to third-party websites (for example, Notion, Google Docs, or WhatsApp) whose content and privacy policy are external to and not controlled by SwiftBOL. The owner assumes no responsibility for such content.
